Bridge type machine. Monoblock, rigid (body), non vibrational construction. Heavy and reinforced. No need mounting

Complete Heat treatment and fully bohrwerked chasis :
- Heat treatment has been applied to all steel parts after welding to prevent residual stresses and processed in Bohrwerk.
-- On the machined surface, two sides of linear rails (guides) are mounted

To provide high rust resistance, 2 lines zinc based undercoat and 2 lines acrilic painting.

Bridge cross travel/motion (Y axis ) 1200-4000 mm

The bridge moves 1200 -4000 mm. Linear slides and precision carriages are used and the Upreserved with bellows. A ground helical rack-pinion drive system is used.There is a grease point and internal lubrication in the center. Driven by backlash-free reducers and servomotormovement, adjustable speed control (0÷30 m/min). With the Ammeter control located on the operator panelMovement speed can be adjusted from the digital screen depending on the hardness and thickness of the stone.

Cut head movement (X axis) 2200-12000 mm

Cutting Head travel is 2200 - 12000 mm.on the lineer guides and blocks (up and down of bridge totally 2,2 m x 2 lineer guide and 4 blocks) and and rack and hardened pinions are used and protected with U and I bellows. Cutting Head is thrusted with planet reduction gear (< 5’)- with sevomotor and speed can be adjusted between 0÷30 mt./min from operator panel.

Spindle vertical travel (Z axis) 300 mm

Vertical stroke is 300 mm. Z axiz is thrusted with planet reduction gear (< 5’)- with servomotor and helical screw and nut . Two high strengthed rods and linear guides are used to guidance of Z axis.

Cutting Head can rotate 360° clockwise uninterrupted can make circular and diagonal cutting with interpolation of X,Y,C axises together. C axis is thrusted with (<1’) Reduction gear servomotor (Interpolation with Z axis also)

Inclination of head 0-90° ( axis A )

CNC controlled 5.axis is thrusted with (< 1’) Reduction gear – servomotor Milling head rotate 0-90 with CNC controlled and can make and can make all milling profile with interpolating of X,Y,C,Z,A axes.

Spindel motor AND INVERTER 10 HP 18000 rpm

MOTORIZED WATER VALVE

25 liter / minute water consumption is necessary for cooling of milling tool DN20, 24V DC motorized valve works automatically when milling tool on
