Construction

Bridge type machine. Monoblock, rigid (body), non vibrational construction. Heavy and reinforced. No need mounting

Complete Heat treatment and fully bohrwerked chasis :
- Heat treatment has been applied to all steel parts after welding to prevent residual stresses and processed in Bohrwerk.
- On the machined surface, two sides of linear rails (guides) are mounted

To provide high rust resistance, 2 lines zinc based undercoat and 2 lines acrilic painting.

Bridge cross travel/motion (Y axis) 1900 mm

Bridge travel is 1900 mm. lineer guides and blocks and rack and pinions are used and protected with U bellows. Bridge is thrusted with reduction gear and speed can be adjusted between 0÷15 mt./min from operator panel. Blade current also can be visualise from operator panel to find the best cutting speed according to hardness and thickness of stone and sharpness of blade.

Cut head movement (X axis) 3500 mm

Cutting Head travel is 3500 mm. Lineer rails and 2 eccentric and rack and pinions are used. Cutting Head is thrusted with reduction gear and speed can be adjusted between 0÷15 mt./min from operator panel.

Blade Vertical Travel (Z axis) 250 mm

Vertical stroke is 250 mm. Z axiz is thrusted with reduction gear and helical screw and nut . Three high strengthed rods and linear guides are used to guidance of Z axis.
